What is GOVX ID?
The RevX Bundle Hair Catcher is the perfect solution to avoid hair and other debris getting pulled into your water pump or chiller. The large chamber allows for optimal water flow and unscrews easily for cleaning. Barb connections on both ends allow for easy connection to 3/4" tubing. Recommended for use with our RevX Filtration System as well as all of our complete bundles.

Slow water flow will impact chiller performance and damage the chiller over time. Two common causes of slow water flow include:
- Being overdue for a filter change (filter is full and dirty)
- Having your system configured in a way that created hard bends/kinks in your tubing, or your system has extra long tubing

Proper Clearance Guidelines
The chiller requires adequate ventilation and airflow to perform properly and reach its maximum lifespan. Below are the minimum clearance requirements:
- 12" on the back and sides
- 24" in front of the exhaust fan

Why is your filtration system separate from your chiller?
By design, we intentionally house our water pump, filtration, and sanitation components in a separate, dedicated filtration cabinet. Our modular design makes these crucial components accessible for service and future upgrades. Separating these components also allows us to use larger/stronger components for superior performance and reliability. Removing these components from the chiller reduces potential failure points, allowing the chiller to perform one simple job: water temperature control. The result is a reliable, robust system built to last for years, not months.
What are the electrical power requirements?
Water Chillers
Our 1.0HP and 1.5HP chillers run on standard 110v. The 1.0HP has a maximum amperage draw of 9A while the 1.5HP has a maximum amperage draw of 11A. Our 2.0HP chiller runs on 220v with a maximum amperage draw of 8.3A. The 2.0HP uses a 6-30R NEMA plug and requires a 2-pole 30A circuit breaker. You can download the spec sheets for our 3 chiller options below.
Filtration Systems
Our Xtreme filtration system has 3 separate plugs: water pump, UV, and Ozone. All 3 plugs are 110v with a maximum combined draw of 3A.Our X-Flow system has 2 separate plugs: water pump and UV. Both plugs are 110v with a maximum combined draw of 3A.Our Inline UV or Inline OZone system has 2 separate plugs: water pump and UV/Ozone. Both plugs are 110v with a maximum combined draw of 3A.For our 1.0HP or 1.5HP chillers paired with any of our 4 filtration systems, we recommend a dedicated 15A circuit. For our 2.0HP chiller paired with any of our filtration systems, you will need the 2-pole 30A circuit breaker paired
Does it require plumbing?
Our system is designed to be a closed loop that does not require any type of plumbing connection. Simply fill with a garden hose and you're ready to take the plunge!
How easy is it to set up?
Our installation process is about 1 hour, including the time it takes to fill up the tub with water. We have very thorough videos that cover every step of the installation process.
Do you offer financing or accept FSA/HSA payments?
Yes we do. We offer financing through third party companies: Affirm and Shop Pay. Offers and rates depend on the information you provide.
We also accept FSA/HSA through TrueMed. Simply select TrueMed as your payment method at checkout and you will be redirected to a brief survey to qualify for the purchase. After completing the survey, you will be redirected to a screen where you can enter your FSA/HSA card information and complete the purchase. Please note that certain accessory items, such as filters, may not qualify for HSA/FSA payment. We recommend placing a separate order with any accessories you'd like to purchase.
You also have the option to complete the purchase using a regular payment method and take the order confirmation receipt to your provider for reimbursement.
When will I receive my items?
When you place an order with RevX, your order ships within 2 business days (unless noted otherwise). Your order will ship from our warehouse located just outside of Los Angeles, CA. Transit time ranges between 2 - 7 business days depending on your distance from our warehouse.
