1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

All product and RevX chillers come with a 1 year warranty. RevX chillers are offered with an optional protection plan for an additional charge. The length of additional protection will be determined by your purchase. Customer can purchase the additional protection during the first year of RevX water chiller ownership. Additional protection covers internal components only, the exterior finishes are not included. 

RevX Wellness™ warrants the product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.

The warranty term begins on the date of purchase. This limited warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from any alteration, modification, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, exposure to excess moisture, fire, improper packing and shipping (such claims must be presented to the carrier), lightning, power surges, or other acts of nature. 

RevX Wellness™ warranty liability extends only to the replacement cost of the product. RevX Wellness™ will not be liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages of any kind, including injury, lost revenues, lost profits, or other losses in connection with the product. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. The liability of RevX Wellness™under this limited warranty, if any, shall not exceed the original amount paid for the defective product. 

RevX Wellness™ will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product covered under this warranty. To request warranty service, please contact our support via email: support@revxwellness.com

If the product is returned to RevX Wellness™ for repair the customer is responsible for shipping charges to get the product to RevX Wellness™. The product needs to be properly packaged for safe transport. The product must be insured during shipment. Customer assumes all risks of loss or damage during shipment. After receiving the product RevX Wellness™ will repair or replace the product at our discretion. RevX Wellness™ will repackage and ship the product back to you at no additional cost within the continental 48 states, surcharges may apply outside of the continental 48 states. RevX Wellness™ will not be responsible for any costs related to the removal or re-installation of this product from or into any installation.

RevX Wellness™ will not be responsible for any costs related to any setting up this product, any adjustment of user controls or any installation cost of this product.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVX WELLNESS SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF REVX WELLNESS CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM OR EXCLUDE IMPLIED WARRANTIES UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THEN ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES COVERING PRODUCT, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL APPLY TO THIS PRODUCT AS PROVIDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

This limited warranty is void if (i) the void label has been removed or defaced, (ii) the product is not distributed by RevX Wellness or (iii) this product is not purchased from an authorized RevX Wellness reseller. 3-YEAR & 5-YEAR PROTECTION PLANS (WATER CHILLERS ONLY)

RevX chillers are offered with an optional protection plan for an additional charge. The length of protection will be determined by your purchase. Additional protection covers internal components only, the exterior finishes are not included.

The protection plan will cover a mechanical or electrical failure of the Product during normal usage for the Term of this protection plan. This protection plan is inclusive of the manufacturer's warranty that exist during the coverage term. It does not replace the manufacturer's warranty. Replacement parts will be new, rebuilt, or non-original manufacturer's parts that perform to the factory specifications at RevX Wellness sole option. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: 

1. Purchase the correct protection plan for your product. You have to purchase the protection plan during the first year of ownership.  

2. Retain and provide to us with a complete copy of proof of purchase. 

3. Properly maintain, inspect, store, care (including clean) and/or use your product according to the manufacturer instructions and if your product becomes damaged, you must take necessary steps to protect against any further damage. If we determine that any loss or damage has occurred as a direct result of not performing any of the foregoing, your claim will be denied.
